Marco Polo employees had one big question – who is Marco Polo? And what does it mean to me? (Okay, two big questions). We set about the task of answering it, with an internal employee branding campaign which sought to explain what the Marco Polo Way is all about, what it means to each and every staff member, and how it can help them enjoy a long and successful career.
